– Construction works for three residential buildings owned by MATEO KONSTRUKSION SHPK in Tirana. The buildings are 8+2 floors with parking, with a total construction area of 18,000 m².

– Hydraulic installations, fire protection (MNZ) systems, and ventilation–air conditioning works are being carried out in accordance with technical implementation standards and conditions (according to European Union criteria), currently ongoing.
